Text messaging terms & opt-in

WorkBridge is an SMS job-search service operated by Work Bridge SMS LLC, 6328 Warner Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90048. This page explains exactly what we send, how you start, how you stop, and how to reach a human.

How you opt in

We never text you first. Every conversation starts with you. There are two ways in, and both require an action from you:

1. Text us. Send HI (or HOLA) to (877) 417-3538 from your phone. Sending that message is your consent to receive replies.

2. Check the box on our website. Businesses registering at workbridgesms.com/employer check an unchecked-by-default consent box before submitting a phone number.

Consent is stored with a timestamp and the exact wording agreed to. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

What we send

Conversational replies from Coach Ray, our job-search assistant, plus account and service notices. Examples of real messages:

WorkBridge: Found 5 employers near 90011 hiring framing help this week. Want me to write your intro message to the first one? Reply YES. Reply STOP to opt out.

WorkBridge: Logged 6 hours for today. That's 42 hours this month. Reply HOURS plus a number to add more. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Message frequency varies and depends on your own activity — most messages are direct replies to something you sent. We do not send marketing blasts.

How you stop, and how you get help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. You will get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START to rejoin at any time.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply— those are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. WorkBridge's own pricing is on our pricing page; replying STOP or HELP is always free.

Your phone number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. We share your information with an employer only when you ask us to introduce you. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
